Approach For Business Tie-ups |
| For assisting its client for Business tie-ups,
Pristine clearly understands the client needs, the business
sector and target partner’s needs by evaluating all areas.
As required for the tie up, an Information Memorandum is prepared
by Pristine for discussion with potential targets to be identified
and short listed by Pristine. At this stage a target partners’
eligibility criteria’s are also finalised in consultation
with the client for a successful tie up.
A partner search process is put in motion by Pristine, sometimes
in active association with our global partners, to shortlist
the targets interested in the tie up.
Once the suitable targets are identified, the interested
targets are then introduced to client along with an Information
memorandum of the target client. Discussions and negotiations
are coordinated by us between the target and client to discuss
commercial terms leading to finalization and tie up. We also
assist in drafting the commercial term sheet between the two
parties for culmination into a formal agreement by an Attorney.
The complete partner search process is coordinated by us
in close interaction with the client to reduce surprises for
all stakeholders in this process and culminate into a successful
alliance.
