For assisting its client needs of business
tie-ups, Pristine clearly understands the client needs and
deal peculiarities from the business sector perspective and
from a target partner’s perspective by evaluating the
client and deal strengths. As required for the deal, an Information
Memorandum is prepared by Pristine for discussion with potential
alliance targets to be identified and short listed by Pristine.
At this stage a target partners’ eligibility profile
is also finalised in consultation with the client for a successful
tie up.
A partner search process is put in motion by Pristine, sometimes
in active association with our global partners, to shortlist
the targets interested in the deal. Once the suitable targets
are identified, the interested targets are then introduced
to the client along with an Information memorandum of the
target client. Discussions and negotiations are coordinated
by us between the target and client to discuss commercial
terms leading to finalization and tie up. We also assist in
drafting the commercial term sheet between the two parties
for culmination into a formal agreement by Attorney’s
nominated by both parties.
The complete partner search process is coordinated by us
in close interaction with the client to reduce surprises for
all stakeholders in this process and culminate into a alliance.
